Referring to the Company’s announcement published on the Tadawul website on 22/04/2026
(corresponding to 05/11/1447H) regarding the invitation to its shareholders to attend the Ordinary
General Assembly (First Meeting), which is scheduled to be held at 18:30 on Monday, 18/05/2026
(corresponding to 01/12/1447H), via modern technology means.

The Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) is pleased to inform its shareholders that electronic
voting on the agenda items of the General Assembly has started at 1:00 AM on Thursday, 14/05/2026
(corresponding to 27/11/1447H), until the end of the General Assembly meeting.

Registration and voting through Tadawulaty services will be available and free of charge to all
shareholders via the following link:

https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa/ir/user/login.xhtml

The Company would also like to note that a live audio broadcast of the General Assembly will be
available through the Tadawulaty system.
